Radiant Panels

• All of our radiant panels are manufactured from extruded aluminium  planks that have integrated saddles for maximum heat transfer.

• All radiant panels use a non-hardening hydronic heat paste between the copper coil and the aluminium saddle to ensure maximum heat transfer from pipe to panel.

• All panels can be supplied in single lengths upto a maximum of 4.8m. Panels over 4.8m are supplied in sections and then pipes as a single coil.

• All coils are made from high grade refrigeration copper that has a copper content of approximately 99.9%. The coils are pre-cleaned which means the panels do not need flushing on site.

• All single coils are bent from a single tube with no joints. This is done to eliminate any potential for leaks.

• All panels are supplied with 15mm bare copper flow and return connections. This allows the use of different types of connections.

• Panels are polyester powder coated to RAL 9010 Matt White at the factory and can be supplied with an antibacterial additive called Stericoat.

• All panels are pre-assembled in the factory and include r-Foil insulation on the back as standard. R-Foil is a 6mm double foil bubble insulation with the same U values as 40mm Rockwool insulation.
